General Return Guidelines

Return Period:
You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, with seals intact.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Conditions:
We cannot accept returns if the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, due to safety and quality control requirements. Additionally, items returned after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded.

 

Specific Product Categories

 

1. Supplements (Mushroom Coffee, Lion’s Mane Capsules, Cordyceps Capsules, Chaga Capsules, and Reishi Capsules)

• Eligibility for Return: Unopened with an intact seal.
• Return Period: 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Refund Conditions: Refunds will only be issued for returned supplement capsules that meet the above criteria.

 

2. Magic Truffles, Microdosing Truffles, Legal LSD Products, Amsterdam Drops, Cacti and Grow Kits

• Non-Returnable: Due to the perishable nature and hygiene considerations of these products, we cannot accept returns for fresh magic truffles, microdosing truffles, 1S-LSD products, Amsterdam Drops, Cacti or grow kits.
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for these items under any circumstances.

3. Merchandise (Clothing, Accessories, etc.)

• Eligibility for Return: Unopened and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Standard Clothing Return Rules:
  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Worn or washed items cannot be returned.
  • Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded.
