Truffes à la psilocybine et kits de culture
Légalité aux Pays-Bas
Frais Psilocybe sclerotia, commonly known as magic truffles, are fully legal in the Netherlands. They are not classified as mushrooms and are therefore exempt from the 2008 ban on psilocybin mushrooms.
They are legally sold and regulated as natural products under Dutch law.
International & EU context
Although psilocybin itself is listed under the UN Convention on Psychotropic Substances, this convention does not explicitly apply to naturally occurring materials such as truffles in their unprocessed form.
Within the EU, the principle of Reconnaissance mutuelle des biens supports the free movement of products that are legally sold in one member state, such as the Netherlands.
As a result, our truffles are shipped across the EU in accordance with Dutch and EU law. However, local authorities may still apply their own interpretation or restrictions.
Kits de culture
Grow kits that do not contain psilocybin or psilocin are also legal in the Netherlands. These typically consist of mycelium and substrate, and only fall under stricter regulation once psychoactive compounds are formed through cultivation.
Like truffles, these products can be sold and shipped from the Netherlands under current Dutch and EU frameworks, although local rules may differ.
Shipping & responsibility
We ship our truffles and grow kits throughout the EU in line with Dutch law. Customers remain responsible for checking their local laws before ordering. Primal Focus is not liable for customs issues, seizures, or legal consequences in your jurisdiction.
1S-LSD & 1Fe-LSD
What are 1S-LSD and 1Fe-LSD?
1S-LSD and 1Fe-LSD are lysergamide compounds that are structurally related to LSD. Their legal status can differ significantly per country, and this area is subject to change.
1S-LSD
We maintain a country by country overview of the legal status of 1S-LSD in the EU:

This document is for reference only. It does not constitute legal advice, no rights can be derived from it, and we always advise customers to do their own research as well before ordering.
1Fe-LSD
We also maintain a separate country by country overview for 1Fe-LSD, also known as 1-(ferrocenecarbonyl)-LSD:

This document is for reference only. It does not constitute legal advice, no rights can be derived from it, and we always advise customers to do their own research as well before ordering.
Important note
Unlike truffles, these products are not food products. Their legal position is more sensitive and more dependent on national interpretation, local legislation, and customs enforcement. Because of that, availability may differ per country and we may refuse or cancel orders where we see too much legal risk.
We do not ship these products to countries where the compound is known to be prohibited, or where the legal risk is too high in our view.
Amsterdam Drops & Berlin Drops
Gouttes d'Amsterdam
Amsterdam Drops contain 4-HO-MET, a compound structurally related to psilocin. Although people may compare the experience to mushrooms or truffles, it is a different substance with its own legal status.
Because 4-HO-MET is not a food product, the legal position is less straightforward and can vary strongly by country. Customs authorities may also take a stricter view than expected.
We maintain a legal status overview for 4-HO-MET in EU countries:

Gouttes de Berlin
Berlin Drops contain 4-PrO-MET. This is a different compound from 4-HO-MET, with a different legal profile across Europe.
We maintain a separate legal status overview for 4-PrO-MET in EU countries:

Shipping & responsibility
For both Amsterdam Drops and Berlin Drops, availability depends on the destination country. We only ship where we currently consider the legal and practical risk acceptable. All international orders remain the customer’s responsibility, and we strongly advise checking your local laws before ordering.
