Ze worden niet geclassificeerd als paddenstoelen en zijn daarom vrijgesteld van het verbod op psilocybine paddenstoelen uit 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze worden legaal verkocht en gereguleerd als natuurlijke producten onder de Nederlandse wet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Internationale en EU-context<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel psilocybine zelf is opgenomen in de VN conventie over psychotrope stoffen, is deze conventie niet expliciet van toepassing op natuurlijk voorkomende materialen zoals truffels in hun onbewerkte vorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binnen de EU is het principe van <a href=\"https:\/\/single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu\/single-market\/goods\/free-movement-sectors\/mutual-recognition-goods_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wet wederzijdse erkenning van goederen<\/a> ondersteunt het vrije verkeer van producten die legaal worden verkocht in \u00e9\u00e9n lidstaat, zoals Nederland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als gevolg hiervan worden onze truffels door de EU verscheept in overeenstemming met de Nederlandse en EU-wetgeving. Lokale autoriteiten kunnen echter nog steeds hun eigen interpretatie of beperkingen toepassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paddo kweeksets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kweeksets die geen psilocybine of psilocine bevatten zijn ook legaal in Nederland. Deze bestaan meestal uit mycelium en substraat, en vallen pas onder strengere regelgeving zodra er psychoactieve verbindingen worden gevormd door het kweken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Net als truffels mogen deze producten verkocht en verscheept worden vanuit Nederland onder de huidige Nederlandse en EU-regels, hoewel lokale regels kunnen verschillen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Verzending &amp; verantwoordelijkheid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We verzenden onze truffels en kweeksets in de hele EU in overeenstemming met de Nederlandse wetgeving. Klanten blijven verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van hun lokale wetten voordat ze bestellen. Hun juridische positie ligt gevoeliger en is afhankelijker van nationale interpretatie, lokale wetgeving en douanehandhaving. Hoewel mensen de ervaring kunnen vergelijken met paddenstoelen of truffels, is het een andere stof met een eigen wettelijke status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omdat 4-HO-MET geen voedingsmiddel is, is de juridische positie minder eenduidig en kan deze per land sterk verschillen.
