De EFSA definieert botanische middelen als \"preparaten gemaakt van planten, algen, schimmels of korstmossen die in de EU op grote schaal verkrijgbaar zijn als voedingssupplementen\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internationaal wettelijk kader<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Het goede nieuws is dat truffels legaal zijn in Nederland, wat betekent dat ze verscheept mogen worden naar alle andere EU-landen onder het principe van wederzijdse erkenning van goederen dat is opgesteld door de Europese Commissie. Dit principe stelt dat als een product legaal is in \u00e9\u00e9n EU-land, het ook legaal is om te verkopen en te verzenden naar alle andere EU-landen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
